    Delivery/Shipping Policy: All orders placed prior to 1PM (excluding weekends/holidays) will ship out that day. Orders placed after 1PM (and on weekends/holidays) will go out the next business day. Domestic shipping is done via USPS priority mail / International shipping is done via First Class Airmail.

    International Orders: We ship internationally. Most countries are in our system. In the rare instance that your country is not in our system, please/please email us at info@cousinsbrand.com to let us know and we'll make sure we get that corrected right away. For orders under 4 pounds we ship first class airmail through the postal service. For orders over 4 pounds we ship International Priority Mail.

    Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

    Refunds, Returns and Cancellations: We believe in providing a positive customer experience and will do all in our power to make you happy. Therefore, Refunds/Exchanges will be honored 30 days after purchase, provided that it does not appear to be worn over a long period of time (you know like to the gym multiple times or for a full season etc). We will pay for all shipping costs when it comes to the return process. Customer is NOT responsible for reshipment costs associated with the replacement item(s) back to them, Cousins will incur those costs on behalf of the customer.
