    Why do I have a charge on my credit card account, when the purchase failed?  Sometimes when an order is declined, you might see an entry on your credit card account when you view account activity on your bank's Web site. However, if the order was declined then it's very likely that you are seeing a temporary authorization rather than an actual charge, and you will never be charged for or have to pay the authorization amount. It is recommended that you call your credit card company. To avoid delays or any inconvenience, it is very important that you triple check your billing information prior to submitting your order.

    Delivery/Shipping Policy: All orders placed prior to 1PM (excluding weekends/holidays) will ship out that day. Orders placed after 1PM (and on weekends/holidays) will go out the next business day. Domestic shipping is done via a combination of FedEx Ground, USPS first class mail, & priority mail / International shipping is done via First Class Airmail. Please note that although we accept payment through Paypal, if you chose to use it, the order may be delayed until Paypal can confirm payment which takes anywhere from 1 to 3 business days. Our above mentioned shipping policy applies only after payments are confirmed. 


    International Orders: We ship internationally. Most countries are in our system. In the rare instance that your country is not in our system, please/please email us at to let us know and we'll make sure we get that corrected right away or provide potential shipping options that could work. For orders under 4 pounds we ship first class airmail through the postal service. For orders over 4 pounds we ship International Priority Mail.

    Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
